DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Invitation Homes Inc. (NYSE: INVH) (“Invitation Homes,” the “Company,” or “our”) announced today that its operating partnership, Invitation Homes Operating Partnership LP (the “Operating Partnership”), has priced a public offering of $500 million aggregate principal amount of 4.950% Senior Notes due 2032 (the “Notes”). The Notes were priced at 99.291% of the principal amount and will mature on February 1, 2032. The offering is expected to close on July 8, 2026, subject.
